A former home economics teacher, he traded the classroom for the kitchen to pursue his dream of becoming a restaurateur. He is dedicated to sharing hearty, indulgent cuisine—inspired by "food porn"—where flavor, sharing, and enjoyment take center stage.

Laura, the Creative Mind

A true native of Vaud—a French teacher by day and the branding and social media manager the rest of the time—Laura is the team’s creative force. Passionate about décor, photography, and beautiful table settings, she crafts the venue’s atmosphere and identity down to the very last detail. If there’s one thing she loves more than capturing the moment on her phone, it’s a game of Jass over a good cocktail or a beer!

Liz, the Smile Maker

An EHL student, Liz brings a five-star touch to every service. She shares a love for travel and an unabashed passion for American-style baking; in fact, the "hot cookie" on the menu is her secret recipe. She’ll welcome you with a big smile and an eye for detail that makes all the difference. Her goal? To ensure you leave wanting to come back... as soon as possible!
